Today, Peter and Dad had the pancake breakfast - very good! The kids played stuffed animal baseball in the camper for a bit, then went back on the jumping pillow and jumped for a while, while we packed up. We left Cody WY, heading for the Grand Tetons. We drove through Yellowstone to get there. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are adjoining, and you drive from one right into the other. While we were driving at a rest stop, a huge bison crossed 20 feet in front of our van! We had a 35-45 minute delay on the road just waiting, as they are doing road work, and it is only a two lane road. We listened to Adventures in Odyssey audio CD - the kids were great in the car.
We arrived at the next campsite called Grand Tetons RV Park and Resort, greatly disappointed. The other campsites we stayed at were great, and this one was expensive and looked run down. It was full of mosquitoes, so we stayed in the camper most the time. To have some fun, tonight was video night, so we watched two episodes of Adventures in Odyssey, an animated video from Focus on the Family. Donna was able to do some laundry tonight. Tomorrow - tour of the Grand Tetons!
